They shall take over the examination and settlement of claims for reimbursement in the field of aid and company insurance, partly also in connection with private health insurance. They process cure and cost plans as well as hospital commitments independently and reliably. They are the friendly contact for our customers – by phone and in personal exchange. They take on exciting special tasks that offer variety and development opportunities.

A completed vocational training as a dental or medical specialist, health and nursing staff or in another medical assistance or nursing profession or as a social security specialist? Or a completed study of health sciences or Health management or a similar course of study? Or a training as a merchant for insurance and finances with basic medical knowledge and practical experience in the field of personal or legal health insurance. Embossed service orientation, customer friendliness and high quality standards. Safe handling of Microsoft Office. Teamability and a clear and open way of communication. Willingness to develop and acquire new knowledge.
