Welcome to the DEKRA work. Become part of our team as Team Assistant (m/w/d) / Human Resources and Accounting our customer in Bitterfeld-Wolfen.

DISCLOSURE:

• You support the staff and accounting team for administrative tasks, e.g. hotel reservations, Foreign vehicles and others.
• You are contact person for all visitors, business partners (m/w/d).
• You take the audit and cost tracking and monitors deadlines and dates in the field of personnel and accounting.
• You organize and conduct various events and Seminars (first aids, trainings, etc.) through.
• You are also responsible for health management (e.g. occupational health care).

THE BRINGST YOU WITH:

• A completed vocational training in commercial Area, professional experience in a manufacturing company are of advantage.
• You are experienced in handling ERP systems and safe handling with MS-Office.
• Knowledge of Infor LN is beneficial and knowledge of ATOSS are desirable.
• Very good German knowledge and communication talent complete your Profile.
