Become a part of us and take advantage of the diverse possibilities of bringing in and developing your knowledge and ideas, networking you, taking responsibility and mastering challenges.What we plan together • Guide accounting: Create invoices, manage receivables and liabilities, and keep financial records up to date. • Be the contact person: Representative our Finance Team and lead projects in exchange with our business partners:inside. • Create financial statements: Wirke will take part in monthly and annual accounts according to HGB. • Improve evaluations : Improve process optimization and reset them. • Complete administrative tasks: Manage order documents, monitor payments and issue financial reports. • Optimize processes: develop and optimize accounting processes and keep control rules in mind. • Advise the management team: provide financial and accounting advice for the members of the management team. • Check and book invoices: Check receipts and travel/cost refunds formally and book them. • Work with tax advisors: cooperate with our external tax consultancy office.

How to convince • You have a completed commercial training for the audited account holder:in or a study in the field of accounting. • You bring several years of professional experience in accounting. • Your knowledge with ERP systems and DATEV are beneficial. • You work independently and carefully, analyze financial data accurately. • You are a team player, motivated and lasts deadlines. • You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. • Your English skills are good in word and writing.
