You are responsible for the entire front office area – from smooth check-in and check-out to active control of the daily operations at the reception You are a central contact for our guests, treat yourself with complaints and meet solution-oriented decisions even in challenging situations You actively control room occupancy, process bookings and use existing systems to optimize utilisation and sales You run your team at the Front Office, set up schedules, work new employees in a structured manner and continuously develop your team

Multiannual experience in the hotel industry, preferably at the reception. Ideally, you also bring leadership experience Basic PC identifiers (MS Office) Flexibility and loadability Positive radiation, service orientation and team leadership competence Very good German and good English skills
