For our Ilensee residential complex – a home for up to 36 people with different mental and physical disabilities – we are looking for committed people at the next time

Your tasks

Pflective support & educational assistance: Our residents need individually adapted assistance. Therefore, you offer them professional educational support in the form of guidance, advice and takeover. They also provide assistance in basic care and are used in shift services with early and late services for residents. A few times a year you will be able to call at night.

Relationship: They support, accompany and promote people with mental and/or multiple disabilities – your activity will support the strengths of the individual individually and specifically.

**They help with life-structural activities and the professional development of individual objectives of the inhabitants according to their participation planning.

Responsibility: Your organizational design is in demand, as participation design, documentation and the creation of development reports are also your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training as a pedagogical specialist (educator or curative) or as a nurse (m/w/d). Ideally, you will also experience working with people with different or age-related disabilities.

Surveillance:Openness and an attentive look for individual needs are yours. They are actively involved in the team with your personality and contribute to our community.

Required:You bring a class B driving license and work routined with the common PC applications.
