Operational control: Responsible disposition, control and monitoring of international FTL/PTL traffic including appointment and status control Purchasing & Negotiations: Active Purchasing of Transport Capacity and Leading Negotiations with Freight Guides and International Partners Process optimization: maintenance, parameterization and further development of planning settings and system processes Customer & Partner Communications: Competent contact person for order acceptances, consignment queries and deviations from the standard process in close coordination with customers, drivers and warehouses Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance of Disposition Results, Analysis of Deviations and Organisation of Special Rides

Qualification: Complete training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or comparable commercial qualification with first professional experience in the MRP (ideal in the international charter area / international fleet) IT-Affinity: Secure handling of MS-Office as well as interest in digital MRP and forwarding systems and process optimization Team spirit: team skills according to the motto “One for all, all for one!” and a pronounced hands-on mentality Soft skills: negotiation skills, service orientation Language knowledge: German and English reliable, other languages of advantage
