IT System Administrator / IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this position you take responsible activities in 2nd level support as well as in project implementation. Depending on the experience and qualification, we offer you the opportunity to take over project management tasks. What does that mean? Expert level support: You process more complex technical enquiries that require sound know-how. Project work: You plan, implement and document IT projects. Customer support: You advise and attend our customers technically – both remotely and locally. Optimization: You analyze existing IT infrastructures, fix errors and develop sustainable improvements. Cooperation: You work closely with colleagues and external partners and actively contribute to your team.

What do you bring? Knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Network technology Firewall systems Windows Server and dedicated server services Virtualization Solutions (Hyper-V, VMware) Data center and cloud infrastructures (e.g. Microsoft Azure) Storage solutions Microsoft 365 (especially Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune) We don't require you to be an expert in all areas.
