The psychosomatic department of our MEDIAN Klinik am Südpark in Bad Nauheim offers a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities and addresses patients with different psychosomatic diseases. As of 01.09.2026 or later we are looking for you as a senior physician (m/w/d) in psychosomatics. Medical supervision and supervision of assistant physicians as well as psychological and therapeutic staff Ensuring high treatment quality within the established therapeutic spectrum Implementation and development of medical-therapeutic rehabilitation concepts With design and further development of stationary and semi-stationary supply services Participation in interdisciplinary case meetings and team meetings Guidance, continuing and continuing training of the multi-professional team Cooperation on quality-assurance measures and on scientific projects and concepts

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric therapy Experience in leadership and guidance of teams as well as pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation Cooperative leadership style and a high level of empathy in dealing with patients, patients and employees Interest in developing modern rehabilitation concepts Ready to actively participate in clinical processes and structures
