You take over the independent, structured and efficient organisation and carry out general administrative tasks You support the management of labour law in operational day-to-day business and reliably keep their backs free You prepare appointments professionally before and after and ensure a smooth process You support our legal team, perform demanding correspondence, maintain files and deadlines and actively work on project-related tasks with You perform qualified research work and assist in the production of documents, evaluations and presentations

You bring a completed vocational training as a lawyer or office worker You have already gained experience as an assistant or as a lawyer's specialist You can safely control the current MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel You convince by an independent, careful and clearly structured procedure You act with high discretion and trustworthiness You have excellent expressiveness and strong organizational skills
