For our contract department we are looking for you as Consultant (m/d) at the Düsseldorf site fixed for 24 months actively shape contract medical care in the North Rhine region! In our department we develop and negotiate new compensation and supply contracts as well as innovative supply concepts.

drafting and designing contracts of contract medical care, in particular the total and fee contract, and contracts of special forms of supply (including corresponding supply concepts) Participation in and participation in contract negotiations Perception of active contract management Analysis and presentation of financial impact potentials on contracts including Monitoring of compensation agreements Implementation of model and simulation calculations Evaluation of routine data cooperation with internal stakeholders and the provision of relevant content (e.g. contract information for the accounting, contractual content for intranet and website, advice documents for the Executive Board and the self-governing bodies/supervising specialist committees) Disclosure of information to the members of the KV North Rhine and the cost-beneficiary and the implementation of information events

They have a degree in health economics, people and Business Administration, Medicine, Law or a comparable completed training and have collected first professional experience in the contract and/or care area of the healthcare system (e.g. health insurance, hospital) Ideally, you will bring with you knowledge of the provisions of SGB V in the contract doctor's law and in the field of administrative and procedural law They are familiar with the right to charge, the social legislation and the organisation of the proceedings of the billing of fees and the distribution of fees and the total remuneration or are able to work on these issues in a timely manner. You could gain first experience in the evaluation and analysis of (routine) data They like to work in the team and have a solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking They have a high degree of organizational talent and are used to act in a dynamic environment Your good communication skills and independence complete your profile
