Area Manager (m/w/d) for Oranienburg, Eberswalde & Neuruppin - Region Berlin

In order to support the Berlin region, we are looking for an area manager (m/w/d) for our locations in Oranienburg, Eberswalde & Neuruppin - also for cross-enterers.

You will take over the responsible management and operational management of the area associated locations in Oranienburg, Eberswalde & Neuruppin, taking into account the Carglass® key figures and the management and further development of your employees. This gives you the responsibility for the economic success and for controlling the operational performance in the area based on quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. target-actual comparisons, cost-benefit analyses, identification of key figures, etc.). You are responsible for compliance with all Carglass® standards in the technical and administrative field for your locations. You contribute to efficient work planning, ensure proper accounting and customer money management at your locations. You are responsible for creating customer-oriented personal planning with your employees and the planning office and for ensuring the proper mapping of employee availability in the schedule. In addition, in the presence of the Service Centers, you support the damage detection to customer vehicles as well as in consulting and sales discussions including Additional items along the customer journey. In the field of customer acquisitions and care, you can visit local rental stations and cooperation partners if necessary, and support the planning and implementation of regional sales events. In addition, you are contact person for handling complaints in consultation with relevant internal departments (e.g. Complaint Management, Technology). In special situations (e.g. in times of high customer demand), you support colleagues on site when replacing and installing vehicle windows and repairing car windows (Glass-Medic).

You have a completed craftsmanship or commercial training and ideally a master in the KFZ/Glass area. You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility and practical operational knowledge with hands-on mentality. You have a strong entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking and action as well as a high understanding of standards and their compliance/implementation. A high level of employee orientation and the willingness to actively support people in their personal development and the willingness to actively shape and advance changes are a daily motivation for you. You are characterized by a high customer, service and service orientation and you are convinced by an independent, structured and organized way of working. Secure MS Office and PC knowledge are of course for you. You have a class B driver's license and are ready to take over your function at the different locations of your area.
