Application planning and documentation Provision of contractually agreed services including documentation and quality assurance Responsibility for keeping wages Customer loyalty and relationship expansion Quality and complaint management incl. Cause elimination You serve various interesting objects mainly in Dortmund and among others in Unna, Hagen and the surrounding area. Training as a building cleaner desirable, economic and commercial qualification or further training as an object manager Multiannual experience in building cleaning, hotel, security or catering Experience in employee management PC knowledge (MS Office) and basic commercial knowledge driving licence class B Motivation, empathy and team spirit
