(Senior) Channel Manager Sales & Dialogue Marketing (m/f/d)

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

As a (senior) channel manager*in you are responsible for the further development and digitization of the sales channel You conduct independent projects in the sales environment. Your focus is mainly on marketing projects. You are talking about the dialogue marketing of OXG, in exchange with our service providers and regional decision-makers. You are responsible for the IT tools of the dialog marketing channel and have the requirements for our CMR (Salesforce). For this, you start the sales pipeline, tax the End-to-End project, provide reporting and tax the service providers. In addition, you support the sales area's project management and performance marketing.

You bring professional experience in channel management or sales project management. You have a completed university degree or a comparable training. You already have experience in the interface between sales and marketing. Your knowledge of direct marketing, dialogue marketing or performance marketing will help you. You have a safe handling of Microsoft 365 and ideally bring knowledge to Jira and Confluence. You should have already worked with a CRM, we use SalesForce, experience in other systems is just as good. You are communicative and can deal well with service providers and regional decision-makers (agents etc.).
