Ensuring the perfect technical operation of the building systems with a focus on space air technology Own responsibility for carrying out inspections, maintenance and technical tests on HKLS plants Analysis and elimination of disturbances and implementation of repairs and repair measures Implementation of regular inspections and technical installations Contact person for local customers on technical questions

Completed training recognised in Germany as a plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, mechatronic engineer for refrigeration, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer or a comparable technical qualification Advantageous is the first professional experience in HKLS, technical building equipment or facility management, dedicated professionals are also welcome Knowledge of maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of buildings Customer-oriented, reliable and team-oriented working German knowledge at least level B2 Class B driving licence
