CNC Router (m/f/d)

The T+H Group was founded in 1985 and is a second and third generation company with around 200 employees in three production plants in Gerstetten. With T+H, our customers trust a partner for all their requirements – from small-scale production with surface coating and the assembly of complex components for the aviation industry to the construction and production of secondary composites for large-scale production in our own press. Our products are used in industries where the highest standards must be met: in aircraft, automobiles, industrial plants and other demanding applications.

For our further growth we are looking for several

CNC milling (m/w/d) 

Your tasks:

• manufacture of components in small series for the aviation industry
• independent operation, setup and programming of our 3- and 5-axis machining centres (e.g. Hermle machines with Heidenhain control)
• Monitoring of processing processes and optimization work in the team
• Quality control, quality measurements using common measuring and testing equipment

Your profile:

• Completed training in a metal profession, ideally machining, industrial or precision mechanics
• Several years of professional experience in independent setup and operation of CNC machines
• a customer-oriented and independent, structured and careful operation
• Team skills, performance and fun at work
• 2-layer readiness
