Control of working safety at several German locations including Risk assessments, safety instructions and visits as well as cooperation with ASA-Gremien, external specialist for occupational safety and fire protection officers Responsibility for physical security concepts and transfer of security-relevant projects into stable run structures Participation in business continuity and crisis management, including regular risk analysis and cooperation in the Emergency Management Team Further development and harmonisation of standards, processes and work instructions in the field of Safety & Security Operational support in day-to-day business with security-relevant and other topics

Complete qualification with a focus on occupational safety or physical safety, also in connection with supplementary studies and multi-year relevant professional experience in the safety, security, risk management or similar fields Knowledge of occupational safety and/or physical safety and good understanding of regulatory and organisational requirements (e.g. ASA structures, external departments) Experience in project and process management, in particular in structured management, prioritization and sustainable implementation of projects Structured, analytical work and the ability to prepare complex safety-related topics in a comprehensible manner and to implement them pragmatically Embossed communication and stakeholder management capabilities, in particular in handling internal interfaces, bodies and external service providers High sense of responsibility and quality as well as safe, discreet handling of sensitive and confidential topics
