The young and diverse team of the incoming fabric roll works at the interface supplier and factory. We are in contact with our international suppliers through the global procurement of components (crush and finished parts). In addition to classic measurement methods, digitization is supported in our processes and processes.

• Examination of cast and forging blanks
• Testing of pre-processed components and components
• Implementation of initial sample tests to ensure quality
• Control of quality documentation of suppliers
• Processing and processing of complaints to and with suppliers
• Control of quality rework internally and externally
• Creation and revision of test plans
• Defining measures with suppliers for the sustainable elimination of quality problems in coordination with component managers from the Supplier Quality department

With these qualifications you help us further

• Complete vocational training in the fields of metal processing or foundry technology
• Experiences in quality or component control
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Analytical, solution-oriented and organizationally structured working methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• German language skills and good English knowledge in word and writing
• The following additional qualifications are desirable: visual inspection (VT), colour penetration test (PT), ultrasound testing (UT)
• Advanced knowledge in the fields of measurement technology, materials technology, casting technology and quality assurance desirable
