Head / Team Leader Order Processing & Scheduling (m/f/d)

The location in the Unterstadion area specialises in the production of electronic assemblies and focuses on modern production facilities and innovative technologies.

We are looking for a management personality (m/w/d) in the field of order processing and disposition, which – depending on the experience – is either directly responsible or develops into this role. In this position, you act as a central interface between manufacturing, purchasing, development and management and contribute significantly to ensuring efficient processes and stable supply chains.

Technical and disciplinary management of the team Order processing & Disposition (approx. 10 employees) Ensuring the time and quantity-oriented material availability and controlling the MRP and order processes Monitoring of stocks, delivery dates and supplier performance incl. Introduction of appropriate measures Close coordination with manufacturing, purchasing, development and management as a central interface Analysis and continuous optimization of existing processes and processes along the supply chain

Complete studies in logistics, material management, supply chain management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in disposition, order processing or production planning First or multi-year leadership experience – alternatively the clear motivation to take the next step into a leadership role Ideally experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as a structured and analytical way Excellent communication and team skills as well as excellent German and good English skills
