Successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Plastics Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a qualification as a Technician with relevant professional experience In-depth know-how in processing thermoplastics or elastomers, specifically in extrusion and/or injection molding Experience in Design of Experiments (DoE) and knowledge of standard QM tools (e.g., FMEA) Analytical mindset, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
