At the closest possible time, our client, a medium-sized industrial company from medical technology, has a position as “Business Partner Operational Excellence (m/w/d)”. In this role, you are driving the continuous improvement of processes and structures within the organization significantly and acting as a strategic Sparring partner for management. The company is one of the most successful in the industry worldwide and has several production sites internationally.

Identification, analysis and optimization of business processes along the value chain Advising and supporting specialist areas in efficiency enhancements and cost optimization Heading and implementation of Operational Excellence and Transformation Projects Introduction and further development of lean, KPI and performance management systems Close cooperation with managers to anchor sustainable improvement initiatives

Completed studies of business management, commercial training with further training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Operational Excellence, Process Management or Consulting Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma or comparable methods Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Strong communication capability (both in German and English) and experience in stakeholder management Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking
