No problem – you prepare them and perform them confidently You plan and guide owner meetings independently – from invitation to implementation of decisions You are regularly on site, perform object visits and deal with contracts with service providers and maintenance companies Also the exchange with lawyers: inside, insurance, authorities & Co. is part of it – you coordinate everything that needs object life

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate businessman (m/w/d), or a further education on the real estate business:in, specialist businessman/w/d for the management of housing property, specialist:in facility management or business owner:in for real estate (m/w/d) You are service-oriented, communication-strong and team capable You are a number-jongleur for WEG bills, economic plans and current accounting controls
