You document the care process around the resident (medicine assignment, care logs etc.) With the team on site, you can make a significant part in ensuring the quality of care You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time Your profile as a nurse (m/w/d):**You have completed a vocational training course as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional You are welcome with and without professional experience You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues You work independently, solution-oriented and you like to laugh – we do too! You have the willingness to work in all layers, unless we find a solution You have a certain IT affinity
