For our operation distribution networks Syke we are looking for a team leader distribution network electricity/gas at the Syke site at the next possible time. A task that challenges You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your assigned staff as well as professional support of the department management. You are responsible for the coordination, objective and control of secondary activities. You are responsible for carrying out the operational distribution of smaller measures. You carry out complaint management, plead contacts with municipalities and clients and acquire new orders. You are responsible for ordering and monitor the costs and quality of the DSO network operating products and external services. You commission, monitor and supervise service providers as part of your order responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring traffic security obligations. You carry out the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly planning of your own employees in the area of responsibility. You're talking about implementing our HSE culture. You support the integration of Smart Grid technologies to control the distribution networks. You will develop proposals for measures and offers for the area of responsibility. You take part in the willingness at the level of the director. You take special tasks limited in time in consultation with the department manager.

You have completed a training course for master/technician (electricity or gas) or a technical university study (Bachelor) with the focus on electrical engineering or comparable success. In addition, you have a multi-saving qualification for electricity/gas (e.g. distribution network technicians or Network engineer or comparable) successfully completed or are ready to complete the multi-saving qualification. You already have practical experience in the daily business of a network operator in the power and gas distribution network. You feel as an ambassador of the company and always have a look at our mission and the Great Whole.
