Sales Representative - SAP / Customer Service / Excel (m/w/d)

We supply pharmacists and wholesalers with certified medicines from all over Europe and make quality affordable through annual savings in the health system. Independently entering and tracking customer orders in the SAP system and ensuring the correct handling of orders Processing incoming requests with high service orientation – both in writing and by telephone in direct customer contact Support for customer acquisition and creation of individual offers Active sale of special goods Processing of return requests up to credit creation and monitoring of these processes in reporting Creating regular sales statistics and evaluations in Excel Close cooperation with other departments such as purchasing, logistics and sales development Support for operational and strategic processes and cooperation in current projects Maintenance and documentation of customer data in the CRM system

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideal experience in handling customers, also in the sales environment Communication skills, service orientation and team skills Analytical skills, a structured careful operation and a high degree of accuracy and durability Safe handling of MS Office applications in particular good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in handling SAP is of advantage, but not absolutely necessary
