AI Security & Automation Specialist (f/m/d)

You support the construction of a safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence in Hamburg Commercial Bank - technical, methodical and with a clear focus on security You develop and evaluate our AI‐Security policies, guidelines and governance requirements and document risks when using AI systems (e.g. LLMs, agentic systems, external AI services) You conduct Threat Modelling and Security Analysis for AI-Supported Applications - including topics such as Prompt Injection, Data Abduction or Model Abuse You anchor AI meaningfully and securely in our security processes and identify suitable use cases for increasing efficiency (analysis, documentation, monitoring) You design and implement AI-based automations as well as agentic workflows, supporting, among other things, incident response, security event analytics and creating security documentation You advise specialist areas for the safe use of AI tools and develop responsible usage scenarios together with them You are part of our IT security team (IT Sec, SOC, IAM) and support new solutions to pilot and successfully introduce You take on the ongoing monitoring of the developed agents - in terms of quality, security and actual added value in daily business

You have a degree or a comparable qualification in the IT environment and brings first experience in IT security, AI, automation or similar topics - also from internships or projects You have a basic understanding of central security concepts (such as logs, incidents, vulnerability management, cloud security, security architectures) and can assess risks You are interested in modern AI approaches such as AI agents, workflow automation, RPA, Prompt Engineering or the integration of LLMs into processes; Cloud- or API-know-how is advantageous (Azure, AWS, GCP, API-Kommunikation) You are structuring complex topics, thinking in automation options, and can translate technical content in a comprehensible manner for specialist areas You work in a quality and consistent manner and want to actively shape a new topic in the Security context - pragmatic, curious and independent You don't have to know everything - it's more important that you solve pragmatic problems, try things and drive solutions independently
