We are looking for an employee in the sales service (m/w/d) with the following tasks and requirements:

♪ Your duties

• Active sale of service parts / service parts packages
• Creation and processing of Service Parts offers and order confirmations
• Acceptance and detection of service parts orders
• Consulting international customers and distributors for Service Parts
• Retours and complaints
• Maintenance of material master data
• Cooperation in the further development of the Service Parts Processes and Systems and in Service Projects
• Coordination of transport logistics

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• You have pleasure in handling customers worldwide
• They have a structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as strong team skills
• Good communication skills as well as safe occurrence
• Very good German and English knowledge
