You advise and support managers in strategic planning as well as concrete implementation of transformation projects and change initiatives In coordination with the business units, you make sure that our HR strategies not only support business objectives, but also make a positive contribution to corporate culture You work closely with the HR departments (Talent & Development, People Acquisition, HR Operations etc.) and are responsible for deriving, defining and implementing personal-strategic measures based on the corporate strategy – always with the aim of actively shaping the corporate culture As an active change agent, you support the change in the company by identifying, developing, implementing and ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and implemented You analyze key figures and trends to develop appropriate measures and solutions You are part of the network of international HR Business Partners and are actively working on international and cross-group projects with
