The Volkssolidarität Stadtverband Leipzig e.V. is a free social and welfare association with more than 800 employees in the fields of childcare, old care and elderly care. With our outpatient care service at the Leipzig-Lindenau site, we provide nursing services for people in our occupants as well as in our own hustle and bustle, including care and social advice. Our approximately 200 seniors are supported by our 30-member team in the entire city area of Leipzig.

The care of our approx. 167 Seniors take place through our 21-strong team throughout the city area of Leipzig. For the management and expansion of our outpatient service, we are looking for your enthusiasm for work with people and for people. Employment is in full or part-time from August 2025.

Ensuring appropriate care according to the applicable legal regulations and nursing scientific standards Responsibility for efficient tour and service planning and their further development Implementation of new and consulting talks Safeguarding, controlling and monitoring of economic processes Leadership, leadership and schools of the team according to the principles of our association Implementation of quality standards and quality assurance measures, such as care visas, service consultancy, quality circles, digitization processes Support of the growth of the outpatient care service Cooperation with doctors, therapists and other external partners

Completion as Senior Caregiver, Nurse or Health Caregiver Continuing training for PDL or a completed nursing programme relevant professional experience in leading function of an outpatient care facility High social competence Empathy, ability to motivate and guide people Responsibility, decision-making and implementation Load capacity Knowledge of the business topics of a care facility Very good computer skills and experience in billing Car driver's license
