Support and close cooperation with HR Business partners Participation in applicant management (selection of candidates, organisation and participation in interviews, applicant communication) Formulation and creation of job alerts Creating contract documents and works council hearings Integrating staff and staff administration

Working independently of special tasks and projects

Study in the field of human resources management, business management, economic psychology with a focus on human resources and a comparable subject Very good MS Office and good English skills required You are a communication professional and have fun dealing with people Teamability, contactability and authenticity Structured and self-employed, high concentration and organisational strength
