Responsible and professional care of residential and/or commercial properties Self-employed tenant care incl. rental and object-specific communication Implementation of regular rental adjustments Compilation of additional cost accounting Cooperation with internal construction department, purchasing and accounting Collection and maintenance of contract data in our digital archiving

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Several years of professional experience in property management, also in the management of commercial properties Basic technical knowledge during desirable Secure and experienced handling of Microsoft Office and at best experiences with Wodis Yuneo Self-employed, independent and structured work
