The place is designed for at least 35 hours full time. An occupation in parttime is possible; the amount of working time is individually agreed. Your tasks: Own-sponsored support and strategic further development of defined product groups in the field of indirect materials and services along the department's requirements, taking into account the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Analysis of national and international procurement markets and deriving appropriate purchasing and sourcing approaches

Planning, implementation and evaluation of tenders, supply comparisons and award procedures

Independent negotiation of prices, conditions, framework agreements and contractual agreements with national and international suppliers

Selection, evaluation, qualification and further development of suppliers in close coordination with internal departments

Identification and implementation of cost optimisation potentials through market analyses, demand pooling, make-or-buy considerations and cost structure analyses

Control of cross-sector procurement processes with internal demand providers, e.g. from production, technology, logistics, IT or administration

Participation in standardization, digitization and continuous improvement of purchasing processes in indirect purchasing

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, contractual requirements and relevant regulatory requirements

Creation, evaluation and further development of purchase-relevant key figures, reporting and decision bases

Your profile Complete studies, e.g. in business management, supply chain management, economic engineering, international business or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the field of indirect material, indirect purchasing, indirect procurement or product group management in an industrial company

Experience in the implementation of tenders, tender analyses, supplier reviews, negotiations and contract management

Good knowledge of procurement market analyses, cost analyses, sourcing and purchase-related optimization measures

Experience in the independent support of product groups and in cooperation with internal interfaces and demand providers

Good knowledge in SAP, ideally in SAP MM, as well as in popular ERP, SRM or digital procurement systems

Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel

Analytical, structured and independent working methods as well as communication and negotiation skills

German and English skills
