We support leading companies with smart SAP solutions and are looking for a dedicated SAP Support Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team – with a focus on customs & foreign trade. Whether you have already gained experience in the SAP GTS environment or come from an adjacent logistics module – you will find the right place for us. A cross entry into support with solid expertise and interest in foreign trade is also possible.

WAS YOU MACHINE:

You enter a solid customer base in the SAP GTS environment and are the central contact person for all support topics. You analyze and process support requests and incidents (1st - 3rd level) and ensure sustainable solutions. You ensure the smooth running of customs, export control and preferential processes. You carry out smaller customizing adaptations and optimizations in running system operation. You analyze and fix errors in interfaces to SAP ERP and external systems. You support and advise key users in the daily business and provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer.

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in at least one SAP logistics module (e.g. SD, MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, PM or TM). Experience in the SAP GTS environment is advantageous – alternatively, you are interested in developing yourself in this area. You benefit from a strong team of expertise that actively shares knowledge and supports you at any time. You have analytical skills and are interested in understanding technical relationships and errors in debugging. First touch points with Application Support, AMS or System Care are a plus, but no need. You work structured, solution-oriented, and you enjoy analysing and troubleshooting. You are strong in communication and appreciate long-term cooperation with fixed customers and contact persons. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. No travel activity – your focus is on the stable support of your customers from the office.
