On 1 July 2025, the Social Therapeutic Institution Baden-Württemberg is looking for a social worker (B.A.)/social pedagogue (B.A.) (w/m/d) in full-time (100 %)

(The job is in principle partable, application deadline 06. June 2025

As a central therapy facility for the judiciary execution of Baden-Württemberg, we are responsible for prisoners and custody and support them in their resocialization.

Your priorities are

• Takeover of residential group management

• Intensive individual case work and group work

• Design of milieu therapy (thematic group meetings, group activities, everyday and conflict management, promotion of tolerance and acceptance)

• Individual care of the occupant during the social therapeutic treatment (building a viable working relationship, reflection of biography, anamnese, expansion of social and emotional skills, family work, dismissal preparation) • Documentation of the course of treatment
