Service provider control: Accompanying the operations of foreign companies Maintenance management: Pre- and post-processing of maintenance and repair measures in representation of our technical object manager Troubleshooting: reception, detection and transmission of technical fault messages Post & Fleet: Post management and maintenance of our fleet Smart Building: Participation in the organization of our ongoing technical building operation according to our technical object manager Safety First: ongoing control of rooms, escape and rescue routes Maintenance: Repair and maintenance of our outdoor and green facilities Event Support: Support for internal events (release and dismantling, seating) and takeover of closing services

Know-how: You have completed technical training and have cross-sector expertise and ideally experience in building management. IT-Skills: You are versed in handling MS Office and ready to work into specific software of building control technology. Communication: You communicate confidently and negotiated in German (flowing in word and writing). Soft Skills: Reliability, flexibility and a high degree of organizational and coordination skills are the key features. Ready to use: You are mobile (valid driving licence of class B) and ready for active working day.
