Personnel billing (gross and net) for third parties Monitoring the continued payment of wages in case of illness and calculation of U2 allowances in case of employment bans Calculation and fixing of remuneration Customer advice on billing issues correspondence with customers and creation of monthly invoices

You can provide a completed training in the field of personnel or a similar qualification. It is advantageous to have knowledge and experience in the fields of collective bargaining for local public services (TVöD), civil servants, civil servants, tax, holidays and social security. Professional experience in the field of human resources and knowledge in the LOGA user program are desired. You have good expression in word and writing and secure handling of MS Office programs Word and Excel. You have fun on team work and you like to take responsibility. You also keep a cool head in stressful situations and count communication skills among your strengths.
