Hegwein GmbH – as an integral part of the DURAG Group based in Korntal-Münchingen – deals with the development, production and distribution of ignition burners and burners for industrial plants and conventional power plants. You process CNC-supported production orders in single parts and series production You create CNC programs on the machine, process complex components by drawing and work plan at high-quality machining centers You operate CNC-controlled systems/machines and ensure the precise installation of the machine with tool storage and the correct clamping and setting of the workpieces You take responsibility for the maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of the plants/machines as well as the associated work equipment The targeted work preparation will be carried out independently for your work area in consultation with the department manager You monitor the manufacturing process with measurements and quality controls and continuously optimize the CNC programs as well as the use of clamping means and tools

You have successfully completed a training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d) or toolmaker (m/w/d) and have several years of professional experience as CNC milling machines You know the most common controls in the application, preferably from Siemens, and already have experience in programming, application and optimization of CNC programs Basic knowledge of computer programming and CAD/CAM are desirable The safe handling of measuring and testing equipment, a pronounced quality awareness and an independent working method are of course for you You need a varied area of responsibility and design space for your ideas You are team-ready, reliable, motivated and efficient You have computer skills, including the Office tools
