Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Willershausen Leadership and development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 28 employees at the international contact center. Promoting individual development and team spirit. Process optimization: Continuous analysis, optimization and digitization of repair and spare parts processes taking into account economic aspects and the latest technologies (e.g. AI-based solutions). Customer support: Ensuring excellent and efficient customer support in all requests for repairs, spare parts and services. Quality management: monitoring and ensuring service quality through appropriate key figures and measures. Technology use: Identification and implementation of innovative technologies, especially in the field of artificial intelligence and automation, to increase efficiency and improve customer experience. Interface Management: Close cooperation with sales and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. Reporting: Creating regular reports and analyses on the performance of the Contact Center and the service processes.

Training: completed studies in the field of business management, engineering or comparable qualifications. Experience: Multiannual professional experience at the Contact Center Management, ideally focusing on after sales service. Leadership skills: leadership experience with larger teams and strong ability to motivation and development of employees. Process understanding: Understanding repair and spare parts processes and their optimization potential. SAP knowledge is advantageous. Technology affinity: enthusiasm for innovative technologies and experience in the use of artificial intelligence and digitalization solutions in the service sector. Communication strength: Excellent communication skills in German and English (safe for negotiation). Dutch and French are of advantage. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven working style. Customer orientation: High customer orientation and a pronounced service understanding.
