As a “specialist” (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the company development team, you make a significant contribution to the further development and sustainable transformation of our house with your dedicated working methods and methodical competence. Your duties Participation in strategy development, in particular through planning and implementation of strategy-relevant meetings, coordination of thematic and action planning and reporting Designing innovation and change management, in particular through market, competitive and trend analyses, business cases and advice in the context of the transformation process Cross-disciplinary coordination of the sub-strategy Sustainability Creation of concepts and initiation and support of projects Networking within the cooperative financial group and with other stakeholders
