In your role as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) with the discipline of machining/CNC milling technology, you take over the professional processing of milling parts as well as the maintenance, maintenance and preventive maintenance of our machines. You contribute significantly to the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Your responsibility Production of milling parts according to drawing and work plan, detection of machining and setup time, download of production programs, as well as visibility of clamping sketches on the I-PC Assembly and clamping of the manufacturing parts Create or customize programs in the workshop programming (5 axes) Tool presetting using UN 20/40 General care of the tool magazine and standard tool occupancy, tool corrections Safe handling of the control and operation of the milling machine Own-responsible quality control (assigned by Werker-Selbstprüfung) Implementation of pre-examinations by work plan Compliance with all safety regulations, order and cleanliness Perform regular maintenance according to maintenance plan Instruction and incorporation of external personnel

(m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or toolmaker (m/w/d) Professional experience in handling 5-axis milling machines and vacuum high-speed milling machines Knowledge of control Heidenhain iTNC 530 Safe handling of work-specific, testing and measuring instruments Good knowledge of MS Office Careful, structured and reliable functioning as well as strong team skills Willingness to work in the 2 layer system, depending on the utilization
