Team Leader / Team Leader Environment/Energy Division (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a Regional Team Leader (m/w/d) for our environment/energy sector, which takes responsibility for a defined team and contributes to the project business. This position requires leadership experience and a structured, solution-oriented operation. You take over the disciplinary leadership of an engineering team and all tasks of personnel management in the Employee Lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, development to offboarding. Creation of personnel planning, implementation of the recruitment process, selection of suitable persons and implementation of all necessary steps in cooperation with Human Resources. You observe the performance and development of employees, create individual development plans and promote specialist and leadership skills. You strengthen motivation and commitment in the team through active leadership and ensure a smooth process of new team members. You conduct annual talks, implement team-related and individual measures for employees and conduct wage negotiations. You work in the project business.

You have completed engineering, scientific or communication studies or comparable You bring at least 5 years of professional experience and have gained first leadership experience You work structured and solution-oriented You ideally have experience in the personnel search and development as well as in staff management You convince by communication strength, team spirit and the ability to motivate people and achieve common goals
