We are looking for a junior real estate consultant (m/w/d) for our sales director Immoblien Your duties Participation in the operating real estate agency business Support in the marketing of real estate Preparation of real estate offers, exhibits and marketing documents Maintenance and processing of real estate objects in the sales systems Support in organizing and carrying out visits Collection and preparation of object-relevant documents Participation in the preparation of real estate assessments Accompanying real estate consultants for customer appointments and visits Support in preparing consultancy and sales talks Maintenance of customer data and interest lists Communication with buyers and sellers after consultation

Your development perspective Systematic construction of expertise in real estate distribution Step by step take over own tasks in the brokerage business Participation in a vocational training in the real estate sector (§34c) Perspective development for independent activity as a real estate consultant Your profile Completed banking or comparable commercial training First experience in building financing Interest in the real estate market and sales topics Communication strength and safe occurrence Organisational capacity and structured functioning Readiness to learn and initiative German language skills (C1 level) Teamability and customer orientation
