For the IT Market/Depot business unit, we are looking for you as a technological and methodological leader in the course of a succession for the management of the Depot Management and Integration Platform. The department is responsible for two central platforms (DASKA Depot Management & Depot Platform, Integration Layer) for the entire private customer business of Union Investment. Over 7 million service calls from our partner banks and more than 5 million customers are handled in a high-performance manner. You have the leadership and further development of the department with currently five groups and about 50 employees. Operational Excellenz and a strategic vision is required for this position. Within the department you are responsible for: Development of the department in an exciting technological environment and an agile process organization disciplinary leadership of the five groups as department manager, professional leadership as IT manager in the agile execution organisation/domain structure Close cooperation with our business partners to further develop the technological platforms for further growth strategies Strategic development of the IT architecture including regular reviews of existing technologies, platforms and solutions to achieve long-term future security Ensuring and optimizing stable and secure IT operation, ongoing optimizations of the DevSecOps process (including CI/CD & test automation), controlling our development partners and IT providers Intensive cooperation with IT partner departments such as transaction and consulting solutions, depot solutions, market and sales solutions, FinTech VisualVest, and cross-sectional units such as Governance Risk & Security Joint development of the IT sector (market/depot) for sales and back office solutions in the execution and construction organization Engaged cooperation in the leadership of IT to promote the digitization and transformation of Union Investment
