You control the headcount and personnel cost planning for the DACH region You update, monitor and report the personnel cost forecasts monthly in close coordination with the Group Controlling You deliver sound HR comments on financial performance and support the monthly financial statements You prepare personal data for annual accounts and audits and accompany them professionally You work on payroll related topics, including bonus calculations and internal billing You act as a Quality Gatekeeper for HR data and secure the data quality in our planning tools You are the first HR Reporter to Sales, Headquarters and the Management Board

In addition to these skills, we are particularly interested in the following skills: Complete study of business management or a comparable subject with, ideally with a focus on controlling, or a commercial training with relevant professional experience Embossed analytical thinking and safe handling of Microsoft Excel (ivot, etc.); ideally, you have experience in handling SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling Experience with planning tools (4Plan, etc.) and affinity for process optimization and automation You work structured, detailed and solution-focused You communicate safely in German and ideally teach English at a professional level You understand yourself as a team player, take responsibility and advance topics proactively
