Paralegal for Public Procurement Law (m/f/d)

Preparation, implementation and coordination of national and pan-European procurement procedures for supply, service and works contracts Creation of tender and award documents in close coordination with project participants Operational support of contracting entities throughout the award process Participation in the examination and initial assessment of offers and requests for participation based on the statutory requirements Organisation and electronic maintenance of process-related documentation, including time-limit control, file management, filing and preparation of legal notices Use and expert application of the cosinex BMS award management system Monitoring ongoing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with legal, economic and internal requirements Support for tenderers in tendering procedures, in particular for applications for participation, tender documents and assessment-relevant concepts Administrative support of lawyers in the field of procurement law, in particular through file management, document preparation and time-limit monitoring

Completed training as a lawyer, legal specialist, (or related professions such as administrative specialist, notary agency /r, etc.), or a comparable qualification First practical experience in procurement, ideally in a firm, consultancy, awarding agency or in the public sector, desirable Knowledge in public procurement and contract law, in particular GWB, VgV, UVgO and ideally VOB/A, are advantageous Safe handling of current MS Office applications and the willingness to work into digital award platforms, in particular cosinex BMS Self-employed, structured and careful working with a high level of responsibility Communication strength in handling clients, project participants and internal contacts
