PC-controlled execution and evaluation of time recordings and analyses according to REFA Design and optimization of the entire process chain Support in defining production processes Participation in the creation of calculations Care and care of a premium wage system Structure of workflows and tasks

Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification Additional qualification as REFA work organizer First experiences in the area of kitchen furniture are advantageous, but no condition Extensive analytical capacity and a targeted and systematic approach High communication capability and a high degree of flexibility, self-employment and team-ability Willingness to work at both locations (Rödinghausen and Venne) should be present Secure MS Office User Knowledge
