In the course of the planned establishment of the business unit ZEISS Hunting & Nature, a new independent company is created. Recruitment takes place via ZEISS. The employment itself will take place at the existing independent company. Your role Responsibility for master data management in the ERP system (plant of new debitors, updating, ensuring complete/correct information)

Responsible for constituting and accounting payment inputs, coordination and care of debitor accounts and preparation of outgoing payment transactions

Monitoring debitoric accounts, clarification of differences, carrying out basic controls and active participation in process improvements, e.g. digitalization / automation

Self-certification of potential and existing customer relationships

Takeover of receivables management in German and English (monitoring of payment targets/currences, clarification of overdue items, reminder runs, exchange with customers and internal contact persons)

Ensuring close coordination with sales, order management and main book and clarification of differences

Knowledge of creditor accounting is advantageous, as support for peak utilisation

Archiving of contracts and documents, handling of general correspondence

Support for monthly and annual work and general office/administrative activities and process optimization

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting or comparable qualifications, as well as initial experience in debitor accounting

Experience with common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or SAP R3/S4 as well as a pronounced affinity for digital tools, systems and accounting process relationships

Very good Excel knowledge; Experience in handling reporting and evaluation tools is advantageous

Impressed communication skills, professional appearance and ability to work together with different internal and external stakeholders

Strong Hands-on Mentality
