Caretaker Building Requirements Planning, Procurement and Rental Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

We, the department of building demand planning, procurement and rental management, take the interests of tenants for all buildings that use the Youth Office and get the necessary equipment. In addition, we coordinate the procurement system of the Youth Office and are central contact persons for occupational safety. Our multi-professional team currently supports 321 buildings, including 184 day facilities for children.

A job that enthuses you

• Self-fulfilment of smaller craftsmanship works (reconstruction, assembly and support of the staff rooms)
• They are responsible for logistics and material management (e.g. warehouse management, acceptance and control of shipments, commissioning and provision of specific goods)
• They carry out house and control passages in our administrative buildings and are responsible for the first assessment of defects
• They accompany external service providers and document their results
• Cooperation with external service providers and property management
• Transport of small furniture within the house as well as smaller transports throughout the city area of Stuttgart are also part of your tasks

Your profile that suits us

• A completed craftsmanship or technical training, e.g. as a master/in, electronics technician, plant mechanic or in a comparable area
• Reliable implementation of house and control tours, accompaniment of external craftsmen or damage assessments, structured fault detection and notification in the SAP system
• Practical experience in building care, furniture assembly, small repairs with safe tool handling
• Experience in material logistics, warehouse management or transport of goods desirable
• Class B licence and physical loadability
• Service-oriented communication and basic PC skills
