On behalf of our customer, an internationally active company, focused on vacuum coating systems for the optimization of energy efficiency, we are looking as soon as possible at the Alzenau site

Your tasks:

• They support the organization and execution of customer requests for sales support and support sales in technological issues
• They support the project design as well as commissioning of chocolate, compound and cocoa processing plants on site with the customer
• They develop recipes to achieve certain taste properties
• They maintain internal and external R&D partners and work with engineering
• They plan, perform and optimize processes in cocoa and chocolate processing as well as plan and implement plant changes and optimizations
• They put plants in operation at home and abroad and train customers and internal employees
• You analyze and monitor production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency
• They train and support production personnel in new processes and technologies, document and value process data for continuous improvement

Your profile:

• Complete training and multiannual experience in food technology, process engineering, thermodynamics, biotechnology or similar fields
• Wide basic knowledge both in scientific (food technology, chemistry, physics) and technical disciplines.
• Knowledge of food sensory and taste testing are a plus
• Fun at the direct worldwide customer contact
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Traveling 40%.
• High self-employment, solution orientation and loadability.
• Good communication skills in German and English
