Our wide range of activities ranges from photovoltaic systems to the integration and commissioning of further energy generation plants to the installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure for electromobility.

Your tasks:

• Sic production of the operational safety and efficiency of our vehicles: You are responsible for ensuring the operational safety and efficiency of our entire fleet.
• Guidance, control and support of workshop staff: You guide the workshop staff and help with technical challenges.
• Planting and organization of our vehicles into workshops: You plan and coordinate workshop appointments and ensure smooth handling.
• Working with management and other departments for planning and implementing fleet projects: You work closely with the MRP and other departments to plan and execute fleet projects.
• Development and implementation of strategies to optimize the fleet: You develop strategies to increase efficiency and optimize costs of the fleet and implement them successfully.
• Planting and carrying out security checks: You plan and carry out regular security checks to ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Further development of the associated departments: You drive forward the development around the fleet and drive for continuous improvements.

Your profile:

• Complete training in the field of vehicle technology, logistics or similar disciplines - Quereinstieg possible
• driving license C / CE of advantage
• Professional experience in the fleet management or workshop management / leadership responsibility, ideally desirable in the freight or logistics industry
• Service-oriented and friendly appearance
• Team skills and independent working
• Strong problem solving skills and technical understanding
• Experience in dealing with emergency management and crisis situations
