Completed studies in marketing, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in marketing technology and conversion optimization Knowledge of UX/UI, A/B testing and personalization Experience with relevant tools (e.g. testing tools, BI tools) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (e.g. for newsletter templates) Analytical and data-driven mindset with high quality standards Strategic vision combined with hands-on mentality Organizational talent with strong project management and strong communication skills Leadership experience including coaching, target agreements and performance reviews Self-employed, structured and proactive methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
